The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day, a small gesture that adds a homely touch to the experience.The room I stayed in was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a safe in the wardrobe. While the space was cozy, it provided a comfortable retreat after a day of city exploration. However, the absence of heating could be a drawback during colder seasons, and the limited toiletries may leave some guests wanting more.Despite these minor shortcomings, the value proposition of Hoksbergen shines through with its competitive pricing and prime location overlooking the picturesque Gracht.
